Klarvik expands its offering with 3D drawings
Now Klarvik can really call itself a total supplier of aluminium components. At its stand at Elmia Subcontractor the company is presenting its new drawing solution.
Klarvik was founded in 2003 and has expanded strongly since then in both size and range of offerings. The latest addition means the company now also offers 3D drawings.
“We noticed that some customers could not provide production drawings so we began doing this a year ago,” explains Klarvik CEO Jerker Blomqvist.
The investment has produced quick results. As one example he mentions a customer who thanks to Klarvik’s help was able to bring its production back home from China.
Klarvik does its design, pressing, machining, finishing and warehousing at its two facilities in Klavreström in Småland. Its customers are mainly in northern Europe and Canada and are in a wide range of industries from pharmaceuticals to trucks.
“Now we have the whole chain – from design and development to end packing,” Blomqvist says.
